Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

We want you to Love your Bella Rosa Mexico item as much as we do, so if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

• You have 10 days to return any item from the date you receive it.
• It must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

All you need to do is:

• Let us know by email that you want to place an exchange or a credit and the reason why.
• We will only refund if the product is deemed faulty.
• We cannot refund on “change of mind” so please choose carefully.
• Send the item back to us (we will provide return address) in the original state, all the tags attached and your receipt as proof of purchase.
• If you exchange a item we will post for free, if item needs to be exchanged again, we will charge for postage.
• With our Huaraches, if they don't fit we are happy to exchange for a larger or smaller size, or an alternate model.  If either options doesn't suit we will issue you a store credit for the amount you paid, we will not refund unless the huaraches are deemed faulty.

Once returned we will inspect it and if approved we will organize an exchange for another product. Price difference is applicable or a credit issued.

If you are approved for a refund, we will refund back the cost less the shipping fee to the original form of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

We unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges .
